Application Process

Organizations that meet our eligibility requirements may continue the application process as follows:

STEP 1

GRANT REQUEST WORKSHEET

  • Download and fill in the grant request worksheet.
  • Mail or email worksheet to us.

STEP 2

PROPOSAL LETTER

  • Write a letter informing us of your organization’s mission and proposal. If the request is part of a larger campaign, please also provide a summary of the overall plan for how other funds will be raised.
  • Mail or email the letter to us.
  • If your application passes our initial review, we may ask you for a follow up meeting in person.

STEP 3

VISIT

  • If the application passed our initial review, we may ask you to visit us at our headquarters to give a formal presentation of your request. We may also request a visit to your operations.
